Theam's House: creations, art, exoticism and refinement
After a long and warm day exploring the temples, we take our travellers to a haven of peace: THEAM'S HOUSE. Designed by Cambodian artist-designer Lim MuyTheam, this private gallery is simply one of the most beautiful in Southeast Asia.
Having lived through the Khmer Rouge regime and Vietnam's invasion of Cambodia at the age of 9 years, greatly influenced Theam's life. This is reflected in his works and the emotions expressed.
Painting, sculpture, lacquer... all works are shaped by combining a subtle balance.
Everything is refined, exotic and deep. From sculpture to painting, carpentry to pottery, you are transported in a magical setting. Like any gallery, you can buy what you see there, but this one has something different.
